Faith Action
At Hope Alive Foundation Inc., our work is rooted in faith and guided by the love of Christ. We believe that caring for the needs of others is not just an act of kindness, but a calling. As Scripture reminds us, “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18).
A Message from the Director
Hope Alive Foundation Inc. was born out of a season of great uncertainty, but also deep faith and compassion in December 2025. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, many families found themselves suddenly without work, stability, or answers. Parents were struggling, children were at home for extended periods due to shutdowns, and the weight of uncertainty was heavy on our communities.
It was in that moment that the Lord stirred my heart to respond—not with words alone, but with action. Moved by the needs around us, we began by distributing 25 food and toiletries baskets, along with $25 gift vouchers to help families purchase meat and essential items. Our focus was especially on parents with children, many of whom were doing their best to remain strong while facing overwhelming challenges.
As the months passed, the impact of school closures became even more evident. Children had been out of school for a long time, and many parents could not afford camps or enrichment opportunities. In the summer of 2025, the Lord laid it clearly on my heart to host a free summer camp for children whose families simply could not pay. Trusting God, we made a plea to the community and local businesses for support. Through their generosity, we were able to provide daily hot meals, safe activities, and a nurturing environment where children could laugh, learn, and feel loved.
Seeing the ongoing struggles of unemployed parents, we felt led to go even further. Each child received back-to-school supplies, including backpacks and essential school items, easing the burden on families preparing for a new school year.
What began as a simple act of obedience became a powerful testimony of what God can do when His people respond with willing hearts. From that moment, we knew this was not meant to be a one-time effort. With prayer and purpose, the summer camp became an annual initiative, and Hope Alive Foundation Inc. continued to grow into a ministry of compassion, service, and hope.
Today, our mission remains the same: to be the hands and feet of Christ, serving with love, dignity, and faith. We are grateful to every volunteer, donor, and partner who has walked this journey with us. Together, we keep hope alive.
